Note: We update order status once a day,
typically in the late afternoon. If there is a recent change to
your order status, it may not be reflected here yet. Order status is
primarily for providing tracking information for your order, and as a tool for customers with items on
backorder (to keep you
informed about estimated ship dates). We also will leave messages
here for customers who we can't reach because their email address
bounces. New orders are added (nearly) daily, as is shipped-order
information. Backorder information, estimated ship dates, etc are
only updated periodically, or as information becomes available.
