Big Blue Extruder (6" Model)
All dies are made of machined 3/4 inch UHMW polyethylene. For
the hollow dies, in general, the walls of extrusions 3-1/2 inches OD or
less are 1/4 inch thick. Larger OD dies have 5/16 inch thick
walls. (OD is outside dimension)

rounded corners) will work. Only in this way are dies
interchangeable. Big Blue dies cannot be used in 4"
extruders and dies from 4" extruders made by other
manufacturers will not work in the Adapter without
modification. |
