Amaco Mid/High Fire Stoneware Clay w/ Grog No.48

When this Amaco stoneware body is fired to Cone 5/6 in oxidation, the result is a warm buff color speckled with dark spots. When reduction fired, the body becomes dark brown.

Use transparent glazes to let the dark flecks appear for a pleasing sprinkled surface.
