Dirty Girls Tongue Throwing Rib

The Tongue Throwing Rib is a great wooden finishing tool with beveled edges. The gentle sloping curve is great for shaping larger pieces such as bowls, plates, and other low platters. The wide, flat edges work well for smoothing and condensing the sides of pieces for greater strength and stability.

The Tongue Throwing Rib is about 6”x1.5” with two holes for greater holding ease. It is a handmade tool crafted from Red Oak.
