Elements are non-returnable. Please make sure you are buying the right ones. If you order elements here, we need the following information from your kiln. Please type it into the comments section of the order form when you check out.

We recommend purchasing elements in complete sets. The kiln will fire more evenly, as designed. And often when people purchase one, a second burns out soon after the first.
