The Shimpo VL Lite Pottery Wheel is a lightweight model that features 1/2 HP reversible DC motor, a 12" aluminum alloy wheel head with bat pins and can throw 25 pounds of clay continuously.

The VL Lite is equipped with an electronic controller for smooth steady speed control throughout the 0-250 RPM range, a remote speed control pedal, an automatic belt-tensioning system, and a two-piece splash pan.
