The Shimpo VL Whisper Pottery Wheel has a brushless 1/2 HP DC motor and can throw 100 pounds of clay continuously.

The VL Whisper builds on the RK Whisper's features with a tri-pod design, built-in table, 14" wheel head, a newly designed two-piece splash pan, banding wheel feature (wheelhead can spin freely), remote foot-pedal, and adjustable height component (up to 21" table height, or take the legs off to put on a table for stand up throwing.)
